To promote the conversion to LED, repair, and removal of streetlights jointly installed by shopping street associations and other organizations made up of commercial operators, a portion of the costs required for LED conversion, repair, and removal carried out by shopping street promotion associations, shopping street organizations, or federations thereof will be subsidized.
