The purpose is to decide on regional themes such as “preparing local cuisine” among practitioners, exchange information, and improve cooking skills, hospitality, and experience-based instruction techniques, as well as to provide training for municipalities and members to newly establish organizations or increase the number of business operators, and to learn menus and hosting methods through farmhouse-stay experiences in other regions and apply them to the practices of their own organizations.
