Using the “Aichi Forest and Greenery Development Tax” as its funding source, this subsidy provides financial support for part of the costs of rooftop greening, wall greening, vacant-lot greening, parking-lot greening, and hedge installation in order to promote the greening of buildings and premises on privately owned land in the town, through the “Green Streetscape Promotion Project,” part of the “Aichi Forest and Greenery Development Urban Greening Promotion Project” implemented by Aichi Prefecture.
