To promote the recovery of small and medium-sized businesses or cooperatives in the city that suffered damage from the disaster caused by the heavy rain on July 10, 2021; Typhoon No. 14 of 2022; Typhoon No. 10 of 2024; the heavy rain caused by a low-pressure system and front beginning August 6, 2025; the disaster associated with Typhoon No. 12 of 2025; or the disaster caused by heavy rain beginning June 24, 2026, a portion of the interest on loans of eligible funds will be subsidized.
