When organizations such as neighborhood associations and residents' associations that support local communities undertake activities such as exchanges with other organizations or the promotion of interaction within their organizations in order to revitalize their communities, subsidies will be provided for expenses incurred in using public transportation and other means, thereby promoting the use of public transportation and revitalizing local communities.
