The purpose of this program is to create vibrancy in the central urban area by providing support for project expenses, event promotion, and other costs for events and similar activities held in the central urban area of the city as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Tsuruoka City Central Urban Area Revitalization Basic Plan, and organized by groups seeking to increase the number of visitors to the urban area.
