To make use of vacant houses, vacant stores, and other properties scattered throughout the downtown area and create a “comfortable, walkable downtown,” subsidies are provided for “renovation work support” to those who renovate and make use of idle properties located in the central urban area of Koriyama City, as well as for “rent support” to those who rent such idle properties and operate an eligible business.
