Through providing subsidies for the development of 3R technologies related to industrial waste or technologies that reduce environmental impact, the development of facilities utilizing advanced technical capabilities devised by the applicant, and the commercialization of the above-mentioned technology development and facility development, it is hoped that these initiatives will spread throughout the industrial waste treatment industry and fulfill important functions in a resource-circulating social system that reduces the burden on the environment.
