To promote plastic resource circulation and reduce energy-derived carbon dioxide emissions throughout the entire process, this project subsidizes part of the expenses required to introduce advanced resource circulation equipment and other facilities aimed at quantitatively expanding the recycling of materials that could not previously be recycled across the entire value chain related to resource circulation, or supplying high-quality recycled materials, as well as equipment necessary for reuse that contributes to reducing plastic use.
