Subsidies are provided to cycling competition organizations that hold cycling camps, in order to leverage the strength of the depopulated and mountainous areas in the Soso region, which have regional characteristics suited to hosting cycling camps, establish the hosting of cycling camps and promote stays in the region, and revitalize depopulated and mountainous areas by expanding spending within the region.
