To promote decarbonization in the supply chains of businesses and reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with their business activities, this program subsidizes part of the expenses required for the upgrading of facilities or equipment for energy conservation and reduced electricity consumption, undertaken by small and medium-sized enterprises and other businesses in Kyoto Prefecture for the purpose of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
