Support is provided to individuals who carry out emergency repairs, such as installing blue sheets, on necessary parts of homes—including roofs, exterior walls, and fittings—that have suffered half or equivalent damage, where leaving water intrusion from rain or other damage unaddressed could cause the damage to the home to worsen. A prior consultation is required.
