This program aims to support the proactive and ongoing efforts of citizens and others by subsidizing part of the expenses required for projects that voluntarily contribute to the revitalization and enhancement of the appeal of the central urban area and other areas within the city, as well as projects that contribute to the revitalization of the local economy, while also promoting the revitalization of shopping districts and the development of commerce and industry as part of port town revitalization.
