To reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions among small and medium-sized enterprises and other businesses in the prefecture that are promoting smart energy use toward carbon neutrality, a portion of the expenses required to introduce CO2 emissions reduction equipment will be subsidized, including upgrading air-conditioning equipment, boilers, and other equipment to high-efficiency types, newly installing solar power generation equipment, and introducing an EMS together with the development of other equipment.
