This program provides subsidies to people residing in Tokyo’s 23 wards, or residing in the Tokyo metropolitan area and commuting to Tokyo’s 23 wards, who relocate to Choshi City and meet certain conditions, with the aim of promoting migration to and settlement in the city and resolving labor shortages at small and medium-sized enterprises and other organizations.
