To support efforts by companies and business establishments in the city to promote women's participation and support the balancing of work and family life, incentive grants will be provided to help foster momentum and advance initiatives at business establishments in the city toward certification as a “Hime Boss Declaration Establishment,” a certification implemented by Ehime Prefecture. The grants cover seminars, dispatches of experts, costs associated with approval of basic certification, incentives upon obtaining basic certification or achieving interim performance targets, and additional incentives on top of the prefectural incentives.
