To increase greenery in urban areas and help realize an Osaka with greater comfort and tranquility, subsidies are provided for part of the activity expenses for community greening activities carried out collaboratively by local greening organizations, such as planting trees, creating lawns in the grounds of kindergartens and other facilities, and developing flowerbeds.
