For the purpose of promoting the return and settlement in the prefecture of young people who will become future contributors, a subsidy is provided to support scholarship repayment for individuals who, after working outside the prefecture, return to the prefecture and reside and work there for a certain period.
Applications must be submitted in person or by mail to the municipal office of the municipality where you wish to settle.
