The purpose of this program is to promote the growth of the prefectural economy by reducing the burden on medium-sized and small and medium-sized enterprises in the prefecture through subsidies covering part of the costs of capital investments that contribute to productivity improvement and other objectives, or capital investments related to energy creation, amid the impact of rising prices and other factors, thereby leading to the creation of added value in products and the continuation of business activities.
