To develop personnel responsible for snow removal and disposal, a portion of the expenses required for obtaining driver's licenses and completing skills training courses will be subsidized for business operators that have an employment relationship with individuals who newly seek to obtain a large-sized special motor vehicle license or large-sized motor vehicle license, or complete a vehicle-mounted construction machinery operation skills training course.
