This program aims to promote the development of a downtown that generates income, enhance the attractions of the eight wards, and expand consumption of local products by subsidizing part of the expenses for those carrying out projects that contribute to enhancing new attractions in Niigata 2km or promoting collaboration with the eight wards within the city.
