To develop workplace environments where both men and women can work comfortably and balance work with family life, subsidies are provided to small and medium-sized business operators and others that have taken initiatives to promote men’s taking childcare leave.
If an eligible employee will return from childcare leave in or after January 2027, please consult with the prefecture by December 25, 2026.
