To promote the effective use and circulation of vacant houses and revitalize the community, a portion of the costs, within the limits of the budget, will be subsidized for renovation work carried out after individuals, community-based voluntary organizations, and others purchase or rent a vacant house registered with the Vacant House Bank for the purpose of using it as a residence, store, or place for community social contribution activities. Please consult in advance to determine whether the subsidy applies.
