The purpose is to promote the development of staffing systems at living care offices that accept people with severe disabilities and to secure places for activities for people with severe disabilities by providing payments in addition to the provision of care benefits based on Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the Act, thereby promoting the welfare of people with severe disabilities and reducing the caregiving burden on their families and others.
