To help home-visit disability welfare service providers in the ward secure personnel, subsidies are provided for personnel expenses and statutory welfare expenses incurred when inexperienced individuals and others are employed by eligible providers for a fixed term as helper assistants and, under the supervision of helpers who provide instruction, engaged in support duties such as personal care and household assistance, as well as expenses for obtaining qualifications toward regular employment. Providers considering applying for the subsidy should first submit an advance registration application.
