To support measures to secure human resources for home-visit disability welfare service providers in the ward, subsidies are provided for personnel expenses and statutory welfare expenses incurred when inexperienced persons and others are employed by eligible establishments for a fixed term as helper assistants and engaged in support duties such as personal care and household assistance under the supervision of helpers who provide guidance, as well as expenses for obtaining qualifications toward regular employment.
